To me your website does not adhere to the stated aims of the Google Software Principles or the big claim you make I quoted verbatum. You do not disclose the prices of or license terms of the product on the product page or even that fact it is a commercial product and not freeware. Your product page does not state Upfront that the download is a demo/trial that needs to be paid for and registered to be fully functional. You did not state Upfront in the description of this giveaway the license duration.
You state "We Strong Adherence to Upfront Disclosure of Information, Transparency and No Tricky Behavior" When I first searched and eventually found the purchass page I also noticed your other pages boasting Google software principles and thought oh really? Hiding the purchass page down at the bottom of the product page as a inocuous "Register" link as if it was just to register an account with the website for a forum or making purchsses or leaving comments when it is really the only way to make the software fully operational does not in my opinion align with the stated Google software principles. RAK, By the way I find your product page mostly deceptive in that it makes no direct mention that this is a paid for product with no BUY now or stating the free download is not the fully functional non-exipring program but requires registration which requires payment up front.
